摘 要:道岔的安全性以及可靠性对悬挂式单轨车辆系统的运行安全有极大影响,针对悬挂式单轨道岔系统运维体系智能化不高、效率低下、维护手段单一等问题,结合城市轨道交通运维智能化发展趋势,对其运维体系现存问题和必要性进行分析,通过梳理技术路线,开发悬挂式单轨关节型道岔智能运维系统。首先,对道岔结构进行分析,了解道岔在运营过程中常见故障点;然后,依托既有技术手段和数据信息,结合悬挂式单轨关节型道岔的结构特点,采用GIS与BIM建立道岔实体模型;最后,基于神经网络的图像识别技术,通过B/S框架平台搭建以采集层、传输层、数据层、运算层、应用层为主体的智能运维系统,该系统可以实现对道岔进行实时寿命预测、结构损伤分析、人体舒适性分析、设备状态分析、道岔检修管理以及实时监控报警的功能。研究成果能够对道岔关键部件进行智能化实时诊断,可实现从计划修到状态修的突破,完成道岔从智能制造到健康诊断预警的全寿命周期管理。The safety and reliability of turnouts greatly impact the operational safety of suspended monorail vehicle systems.In response to the problems of low intelligence,low efficiency,and limited maintenance methods in the operation and maintenance system of suspended monorail turnout systems,this paper analyzes the existing problems and necessities of its operation and maintenance system,combined with the development trend of intelligent urban rail transit operation and maintenance.By sorting out the technical route,an intelligent operation and maintenance system for suspended monorail joint turnout is developed.Firstly,the structure of the turnout is analyzed to understand common fault points during operation.Then,relying on existing technical means and data information,combined with the structural characteristics of the suspended monorail joint turnout,GIS and BIM are used to establish a physical model of the turnout.Finally,based on image recognition technology of neural networks,an intelligent operation and maintenance system with collection layer,transmission layer,data layer,operation layer and application layer as the main body is built through the B/S framework platform.This system can achieve real-time life prediction,structural damage analysis,human comfort analysis,equipment status analysis,turnout maintenance management,and real-time monitoring and alarm functions.The research results can intelligently diagnose key components of turnouts in real-time,achieving a breakthrough from planned maintenance to status-based maintenance,and completing the full life cycle management of turnouts from intelligent manufacturing to health diagnosis and warning.
