运动前吸氧干预对竞速类民族传统体育项目运动员微血管的影响及疲劳消除机制研究

摘  要:目的探讨运动前吸氧干预对竞速类民族传统体育项目运动员微血管反应性变化及运动性疲劳消除效用与机制研究,为竞速类民族传统体育项目运动员运动性疲劳消除提供参鉴。方法选择湖北省内42名竞速类民族传统体育项目运动员随机分成吸氧干预组和对照组,每组21人。两组运动方案采用相同的运动模式,干预组在高强度间歇运动前进行常压吸氧30 min,对照组不给予吸氧干预。运动前、运动后即刻和运动后30 min,检测两组受试者的心率(HR)、肌氧饱和度(SMO_(2))、血乳酸(BLA)及微血管反应性指标[微血管血流灌注量(MPB)、血细胞平均移动速度(AVBC)、运动血细胞浓度(CMBC)]。结果两组运动前、运动后30 min MBP低于运动后即刻(P<0.05),运动前、运动后30 min CMBC与运动后即刻比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组运动前、运动后30 min AVBC低于运动后即刻(P<0.05),干预组运动前AVBC低于运动后30 min(P<0.05),干预组运动后30 min AVBC高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组运动后30 min SMO_(2)高于对照组(P<0.05),HR、BLA低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论运动前常压吸氧干预对竞速类民族传统体育项目运动员运动性疲劳具有消减效应,对运动前后微血管反应性、氧气储备量有提升效果,且对运动后BLA的清除及HR的稳定具有较好的效果,有利于提升机体肌氧饱和状态,提高运动中的氧储备并有助于运动后氧亏的恢复,延缓和消除运动性疲劳效果显著。Objective To investigate the effectiveness and mechanism of pre-exercise oxygenation intervention on microvascular reactivity changes and sports fatigue elimination in athletes of traditional ethnic sports,and to provide reference for sports fatigue elimination in athletes of traditional ethnic sports.Methods Forty-two athletes of traditional ethnic sports in Hubei province were selected and randomly divided into an oxygenation intervention group and a control group,with 21 athletes in each group.The same training mode was used for the exercise protocols of both groups,and the intervention group performed normobaric oxygen inhalation for 30 minutes before high-intensity interval exercise,while the control group did not perform oxygen inhalation intervention.Heart rate(HR),muscle oxygen saturation(SMO_(2)),blood lactate(BLA)and microvascular reactivity indexes[microvascular perfusion volume(MPB),microvascular blood flow velocity(AVBC)]were detected in the both groups before,after and 30 min after exercise.Result MMBP in the two groups before and 30 min after exercise was lower than that after exercise(P<0.05).Before and 30 min after exercise,CMBC was not statistically significant when compared with that after exercise(P>0.05).AVBC in the two groups before and 30 min after exercise was lower than that after exercise(P<0.05).AVBC in the oxygen intervention group before exercise was lower than that 30 min after exercise(P<0.05)and AVBC in the oxygen intervention 30 min after exercise was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).SMO_(2) in the oxygen intervention group 30 min after exercise was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and HR and BLA were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Before exercise,normobaric oxygen intervention has an attenuating effect on athletic fatigue in athletes of traditional ethnic sports,and has an enhancing effect on microvascular reactivity,oxygen reserve,heart rate stability and lactic acid clearance before and after exercise.It helps to enhance the b
