摘　　要：《中华人民共和国家庭教育促进法》的颁布使家庭教育上升到法律的高度,体现了国家对家庭教育的重视。文章从小学家庭心理健康教育的内涵出发,阐述了“三全育人”的科学育人观对小学家庭心理健康教育的适用性,在小学家庭心理健康教育体系的建构上“三全育人”理论对家庭心理健康教育具有指导及借鉴意义。The promulgation of Family Education Promotion Law of the People’s Republic of China has elevated family education to a legal level,reflecting China’s emphasis on family education.Starting from the connotation of family mental health education in primary schools,the paper elaborates on the applicability of the scientific education concept of“three whole education”to family mental health education in primary schools.The theory of"three whole education"has guiding and referential significance for the construction of family mental health education system in primary schools.
