摘 要:从风电场自身的一次调频能力出发,将储能控制与风电机组变桨距控制相结合,采用机会约束规划处理可信度和运行成本间的关系,考虑储能全寿命周期成本,以风储联合调频运行成本最小为优化目标,建立机会约束规划模型,利用蚁狮算法进行求解得出风电场储能功率和容量的最优配置方案,通过算例验证,模型可降低系统一次调频总成本和所需配置储能容量。Considering the primary frequency regulation capability of wind farms,it is proposed to combine the energy storage control with the variable pitch control of wind turbines.The chance constrained programming is used to handle the relationship between the credibility and the operation cost.Then,considering the full life cycle cost of the energy storage,a chance constrained programming model is established taking the minimum operation cost of the wind power and storage combined frequency regulation as the optimization objective.The ant lion optimization algorithm is adopted to determine the optimal configuration scheme of the energy storage power and capacity for the wind farm.Example verification shows that the model can reduce the total cost of the primary frequency regulation and the required energy storage capacity of the system.
