摘 要:某水电厂原机组推力瓦采用镜板泵外循环方式,但冷却效果不好。经分析确定改为外加泵外循环冷却系统,并根据机组实际情况,完善推力外循环油泵控制逻辑,同时确定泵组采用6主1备运行方式。经过改造后,机组满负荷运行时,推力瓦温冷却效果提升明显,达到了改善推力瓦冷却效果的目的。Originally,the external circulation cooling mode is adopted for the thrust pad of the units in a hydropower plant.However,the cooling effect is not good.It is thus changed to an external circulation cooling system with external pump.Also,the control logic of the external circulation oil pump is improved according to the actual operation conditions of the units,and a 6-main and 1-standby operation mode is adopted for the pump set.After the renovation,the cooling effect of the thrust pad temperature is significantly improved during the full load operation of the units,showing that the renovation achieves the goal of improving the cooling effect of the thrust pad.
