摘 要:在透平油库进行机组加排油、油罐滤油等工作时,若出现溢油或管路过压、阀门操作失误等异常情况,人员可能第一时间未发现并及时做出停泵、关阀等措施,将会影响透平油库安全稳定运行。通过增设油库智能信息系统,对机组加排油、油罐滤油数据的完整性和可靠性进行智能控制和智能监视,油库的安全性与环保便可得到保证。油库智能信息系统已在某大型水电站得到实际应用,取得了理想效果。If abnormal situations such as oil overflow,pipeline overpressure,or valve mis-operation occur during the turbine oil filling and draining work of units and the oil filtration work of oil tanks,operation personnel may not be able to notice and take measures timely to stop the pump and valves,which may seriously affect the safe and stable operation of the oil depot.An intelligent information system is thus developed for the turbine oil depot,which provides intelligent control and monitoring functions on the integrity and reliability of the operation data,and ensures the safety and environmental protection of the oil depot.The developed intelligent information system for turbine oil depot has been practically used in a large-scale hydropower station and satisfactory performance is achieved.
