摘　　要：目的:分析我国西部地区健康投资-教育投资-经济发展耦合协调程度以及影响因素,为提高教育、健康水平,促进经济发展,实现健康中国提供参考。方法:以西部12个省份数据为研究样本,运用熵权法、耦合协调度模型、GM(1,1)预测模型和Tobit回归模型对西部地区教育投资-健康投资-经济发展的动态耦合关系进行实证研究。结果:2014-2020年,西部地区教育、健康投资与经济发展耦合协调度由0.490增长至0.614,同比增长25.31%;预测2022-2030年,三者耦合协调度由0.643增长至0.772,同比增长20.06%,但整体仍处于中级协调阶段且地区差异逐步缩小。进而对影响耦合度的因素进行回归分析,发现人口素养、医疗卫生水平对三大阶梯耦合协调度有促进作用,公共服务水平对耦合协调度有阻碍作用。结论:西部地区教育、健康投资与经济发展耦合协调度稳步上升,地区内呈非均衡现象,人口素养、医疗卫生水平和公共服务水平对耦合协调度存在不同程度的影响。Objective:To analyze the coupling coordination degree of health investment,education investment and economic development in western China and its influencing factors,so as to provide reference for improving the level of education and health,promoting economic development and realizing healthy China.Methods:Taking data from 12 western provinces as research samples,this study used entropy weight method,coupling coordination degree model,GM(1,1)prediction model and Tobit regression model to analyze the dynamic coupling relationship between education investment,health investment and economic development in western China.Results:From 2014 to 2020,the coupling coordination degree of education,health investment and economic development in the western region increased from 0.490 to 0.614,with a year-on-year growth of 25.31%.It is predicted that during 2022-2030,the coupling coordination degree of the three will increase from 0.643 to 0.772,with a year-on-year growth of 20.06%,which is still in the intermediate stage and regional differences are gradually narrowing.The regression analysis of the factors affecting the coupling degree showed that the population literacy and the medical and health level promoted the coupling coordination degree of the three steps,and the public service level hindered the coupling coordination degree.Conclusion:The degree of coupling and coordination between investment in education and health and high-quality economic development has steadily increased,and there is disequilibrium in the western region.Population literacy,healthcare level and public service level have different effects on coupling coordination degree.
