摘  要:设立环京津核心功能区是深入实施区域协调发展战略的重大举措。探索环京津核心功能区城市功能优化与城市能级的耦合协调关系,对打造京津一体化发展先行区具有重要意义。采用2015—2021年统计数据,构建城市功能及城市能级评价指标体系、耦合协调度模型,测度城市功能优化与能级的耦合关系,可以发现环京津核心功能区城市功能与能级均呈上升趋势,两者处于高水平耦合阶段,相互作用力度强,然而耦合协调程度仍处于较低水平。未来,环京津核心功能区应从优化城市功能空间布局入手,全面提升城市能级,在统筹城市功能与城市能级协调发展上下功夫。The establishment of the core functional areas around Beijing and Tianjin is key initiatives to deepen the implementation of the regional coordinated development strategy.Exploring the coupling and coordination relationship between urban function and urban energy level in the core functional areas around Beijing and Tianjin is of great significance for creating pilot zone of integrated development of Beijing and Tianjin.Using statistics from 2015 to 2021,evaluation index systems for urban function and urban energy level,as well as a coupling coordination model,were constructed to measure the coupling and coordination relationship between urban function optimization and energy level.It can be found that the urban function and energy level in the core functional areas around Beijing and Tianjin are both on the rise,and they are in a high-level coupling stage with strong interaction.However,the degree of coupling coordination is still at a relatively low level.In the future,the core functional areas around Beijing and Tianjin should start with optimizing the spatial layout of urban function,comprehensively enhancing urban energy level,and making efforts to coordinate the development of urban function and energy level.
