摘　　要：推进健康中国建设,以健康经济学视角审视城市空间问题,构建“空间—健康—经济”的健康城市规划基本框架具有重要的理论和实践意义。从健康经济及资本增益视角来看,健康城市空间组织框架中的健康资源配置应该涵盖宏观层面的空间组织优化、中观层面的健康空间效能激活、微观层面的街道与街区建设,并通过构建健康城市空间组织政策保障体系,形成与国土空间规划衔接的技术框架,建设健康城市投融资平台并激发广泛的价值主体参与,才能推进健康中国行稳致远。In the process of promoting the construction of Healthy China,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to examine urban spatial issues from the perspective of health economics and to build a basic framework of“space-health-economy”for healthy city planning.From the perspective of health economy and health capital gain,the allocation of health resources in the spatial organization framework of healthy cities should cover the optimization of spatial organization at the macro level,the activation of health space effectiveness at the meso level,and the construction of streets and neighborhoods at the micro level.We will steadily put it into practice by constructing a policy guarantee system for healthy city spatial organization,forming a technical framework that connects with territorial spatial planning,building a healthy city investment and financing platform,and stimulating the participation of a wide range of value subjects.
