摘　　要：生态文明与共同富裕问题是新发展阶段的核心,也是实现“双碳”目标和“两个百年”目标的关键。探究生态文明与共同富裕视角下“生态共同富裕”思想的演化形成逻辑与黄河流域的实践探索等内容,对黄河流域生态文明建设、社会共同富裕以及人的全面发展具有重要意义。研究显示:第一,“生态共同富裕”思想是生态文明思想和共同富裕理论的有机结合,是对生态文明和共同富裕科学内涵的进一步阐释与拓展,也是生态文明思想和共同富裕理论的融合延伸,具体体现在生态文明与共同富裕的相对统一性上,体现在人与自然、人、社会、自身四维和谐协调发展上,也体现在生态文明建设与共同富裕两者相互促进、共同发展上。第二,黄河流域践行“生态共同富裕”思想符合生态保护与高质量发展的现实需求,现实需求在于贯彻生态文明发展理念、保护黄河流域生态环境,推动黄河流域高质量发展、实现地区共同富裕,促进黄河流域生态文明协调高质量发展、最终达到生态共同富裕。第三,黄河流域“生态共同富裕”思想是生态文明思想、共同富裕理论、黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展战略之间的有机结合,其科学内涵主要包含生态环境质量、生态资源储备、生态治理能力、生态经济水平等四个维度,实践路径在于生态保护、生态修复、生态治理、生态技术、生态意识等不同方面,核心是处理好“生态保护与高质量发展”之间的辩证统一关系,以生态保护落实生态文明建设理念,以高质量发展实现共同富裕。The issue of ecological civilization and common prosperity is the core of the new development stage and is also the key to achieving the“double carbon goal”and the“Two centenary goals”.Exploring the evolution and formation process of the idea of“ecological common prosperity”from the perspective of ecological civilization and common prosperity,as well as the practical exploration of the Yellow River basin are of great significance to the construction of ecological civilization,social common prosperity,and the overall development of people in the Yellow River Basin.The research shows that:firstly,The idea of“ecological common prosperity”is an organic combination of ecological civilization and the common prosperity,a further interpretation and expansion of the scientific connotation of ecological civilization and common prosperity,and is also a fusion and extension of ecological civilization and common prosperity.The relative unity of ecological civilization and common prosperity is embodied in the three-dimensional harmonious ecological values of human,nature,society,and themselves.It is also reflected in the mutual promotion and common development of ecological civilization construction and common prosperity.Secondly,The practice of the idea of“ecological common prosperity”in the Yellow River basin is in line with the practical needs of ecological protection and high-quality development.The practical needs are to implement the concept of ecological civilization development to protect the ecological environment of the Yellow River basin,promote the high-quality development of the Yellow River basin to achieve common prosperity in the region,and promote the coordinated and high-quality development of ecological civilization in the Yellow River basin to finally achieve ecological common prosperity.Thirdly,the idea of“ecological common prosperity”in the Yellow River basin is an organic combination of the idea of ecological civilization,the theory of common prosperity,the ecological protection a
