摘 要:基于NaOH对大薸进行改性的吸附剂(MPS),以聚合氯化铝(PAC)为复配剂制备吸附剂(MPSP)。采用材料表征技术分析了大薸复配前后的理化特征,并以中性红模拟染料废水,测试了大薸复配前后上述两种吸附剂对中性红废水的吸附能力,并探究了染料初始pH值、染料浓度、吸附剂投加量、反应温度等参数对中性红吸附性能的影响。结果表明:在相同条件下,与MPS相比,MPSP的比表面积更大,孔隙结构更发达,对中性红的吸附、去除能力更强;MPS和MPSP对中性红的吸附性能均与溶液初始质量浓度、反应时间和反应温度呈正比,与溶液pH值和吸附剂投加量呈反比。准二级动力学模型和Langmuir等温模型能较好地拟合MPS和MPSP对中性红染料的吸附、去除过程,表明吸附过程是以单层化学吸附为主,也存在物理吸附和静电引力作用。Based on NaOH⁃modified Pistia stratiotes adsorbent(MPS),compound adsorbent(MPSP)was further manufactured by loaded with polyaluminum chloride via mixed precipitation method.After being characterized by material characterization techniques to clarify the physico⁃chemical properties,the adsorption and decolorization capacities of MPS and MPSP to treat waste water was stimulated on neutral red.Influencing factors such as pH value,concentration of dye solution,adsorbent application dosage and re⁃action temperature were evaluated.The results showed that the adsorption and decolorization capacities of MPSP on neutral red were slightly better than those of MPS in the same condition.The adsorption performance of MPS and MPSP for neutral red was propor⁃tional to the initial concentration of the solution,reaction time and reaction temperature,and inversely proportional to the pH of the solution and the dosage of the adsorbent.The adsorption kinetics of neutral red could be well⁃described by pseudo⁃second⁃order ki⁃netics model,and Langmuir isotherm equation model,indicting monolyar chemical adsorption was the predominant process,accom⁃panied by physical adsorption and electrostatic attraction.Therefore,the green biosorbent material MPSP based on NaOH⁃modified P.stratiotes has large specific surface area,rich pore structure and high adsorption capacity.
