摘 要:通过水样实验,探索电絮凝在糖果废水预处理应用的工艺参数,结果表明:当电流密度为100 A/m^(2),通电时间为6 min时,出水浊度去除率为93.71%;当电流密度为250 A/m^(2),通电时间分别为5,6 min时,出水浊度去除率分别为94.61%,94.76%。经技术经济对比,推荐电流密度100 A/m^(2),通电反应时间6 min为电絮凝工艺在糖果废水处理工程的应用参数。工程实践表明:用“电絮凝+混凝气浮”组成的预处理工艺,能有效去除糖果废水的COD、浊度,且大幅降低加药成本,真正实现了降本增效。电絮凝工艺在糖果废水预处理的水样实验及工程应用,为电絮凝设备的产业化应用提供了一定的借鉴。Through the experiment of water sample,the technological parameters of the application of electroflocculation in the pretreatment of candy wastewater were explored:when the current density is 100 A/m^(2) and the electrification time is 6 min,the turbidity removal rate is 93.71%;when the current density is 250 A/m^(2) and the electrification time is 5 min and 6 min respectively,the turbidity removal rate of the effluent is 94.61%and 94.76%respectively.By comparison of technology and economy,it is recommended that the current density is 100 A/m^(2) and the reaction time is 6 min as the engineering application parameters of the electroflocculation process in candy wastewater.The engineering practice shows that the pretreatment process of“electroflocculation+coagulation-air floatation”can effectively remove the COD and turbidity of the candy wastewater,and greatly reduce the cost of the addition of chemicals,really achieve cost reduction and efficiency.The experiment and engineering application of the electroflocculation process in the pretreatment of candy wastewater provide a reference for the industrial application of the electroflocculation equipment.
