摘 要:结合近年对各种水源地、省控国控断面以及近岸海域挥发酚指标进行常规监测的工作经验,总结出地表水、地下水以及饮用水和海水中低浓度挥发酚在样品采集、保存、前处理和使用萃取分光光度法测定过程中的关注点,旨在提高分析效率以及分析结果的准确性。同时利用HJ 503—2009中挥发酚萃取分光光度法和GB/T 17378.4—2007海水中挥发酚的萃取法互相验证,分别用两种方法验证采取不同4-氨基安替比林提纯方式得到的空白值,以及不同振荡萃取方法对实验结果准确度的影响,总结出较为简便的低浓度挥发酚分析方法,以供环境监测工作者参考。Based on the recent work experience in routine monitoring of volatile phenol indicators in various water sources,provincial control and state-controlled sections and coastal waters,this paper summarizes the concerns of low concentrations of volatile phenols in surface water,groundwater,drinking water and seawater in the process of sample collection,preservation,pretreatment,and the determination of samples using extraction spectrophotometry,aiming to improve the analysis efficiency and the accuracy of the analysis results.At the same time,the spectroscopic method of volatile phenol extraction in HJ503-2009 and the extraction method of volatile phenol in GB/T17378.4-2007 seawater were used to verify the blank value obtained by different 4-aminoantipyrine purification methods,and the influence of different oscillation extraction methods on the accuracy of experimental results,and a relatively simple analysis method of low-concentration volatile phenol was summarized for the reference of environmental monitoring workers.
