香椿采茶园的营建技术

摘　　要：香椿茶作为香椿产业发展的新趋势,因具有多种保健价值,能满足人们对美味与健康的追求,广受市场好评。本文从圃地选择、整地施肥、制作苗床、品种选择、苗木定植、矮化整形、水肥管理、病虫害防治和采收制茶等方面介绍了香椿采茶园的营建技术,为香椿产业发展提供参考。Drink made from Chinese toon(Toona sinensis)tender leaves,with its multiple health care values to meet people's pursue for delicacy and health,is a new trend in developing Chinese toon industry and has been well received by the market.In this paper,an introduction was made to techniques for establishing the cutting orchard of Chinese toon for making drinks from such aspects as selection of nursery sites,land preparation and basal dressing,making of nursery bed,selection of cultivars,planting of saplings,dwarfing and shaping,water-fertilizer management,disease and pest control and harvesting,so as to provide reference for developing Chinese toon industry.
