摘 要:为了建立一个高效且可靠的糯高粱耐盐性筛选方法,以60份不同遗传背景的糯高粱为材料,NaCl 175 mmol/L为模拟盐胁迫浓度,0 mmol/L为对照,以发芽率、芽长、根长、芽鲜质量、根鲜质量、芽干质量和根干质量等生长指标为基础,计算各样本生长指标的耐盐指数、隶属函数值和平均隶属函数值来综合评价其耐盐性,最终建立糯高粱耐盐预测的数学方程式。结果表明,数学方程式:Y=0.108×STI_(GP)+0.176×STI_(SL)+0.216×STI_(RL)+0.114×STI_(SFW)+0.112×STI_(RFW)+0.167×STI_(SDW)+0.154×STI_(RDW),可准确地预测糯高粱的耐盐性。确定芽长和芽干质量的耐盐指数是快速鉴定糯高粱耐盐性的可靠指标,简化方程式Y=0.13+0.244×STI_(SL)+0.522×STI_(SDW),可简便高效地预测糯高粱在发芽阶段的耐盐性。并将60份糯高粱大致分为5类:高度耐盐型品种7份、耐盐型品种10份、中等耐盐型品种20份、盐敏感型品种9份和高度盐敏感型品种14份。本研究结果为大量耐盐糯高粱筛选提供了有效的方法,可极大地提高工作效率。In order to establish an efficient and reliable screening method for salt tolerance of glutinous sorghum,60 glutinous sorghum with different genetic backgrounds were used as sample materials,with 175 mmol/L NaCl as the simulated salt stress concentration,and 0 mmol/L as the control.The salt tolerance index,membership function value and average membership function value of each sample were calculated based on the physiological indicators of germination rate,bud length,root length,root fresh weight,bud dry weight and root dry weight of each sample to comprehensively evaluate its salt tolerance.Finally,a mathematical equation for predicting salt tolerance of glutinous sorghum was established.The results showed that the mathematical equation:Y=0.108×STI_(GP)+0.176×STI_(SL)+0.216×STI_(RL)+0.114×STI_(SFW)+0.112×STI_(RFW)+0.167×STI_(SDW)+0.154×STI_(RDW),the salt tolerance of glutinous sorghum can be predicted accurately.The salt tolerance index of bud length and bud dry weight was a reliable indicator for rapid identification of salt tolerance of glutinous sorghum.The simplified equation Y=0.13+0.244×STI_(SL)+0.522×STI_(SDW),which can easily and efficiently predict the salt to-lerance of glutinous sorghum at the germination stage.The 60 glutinous sorghum varieties were roughly divided into 5 categories:7 highly salt-tolerant varieties,10 salt-tolerant varieties,20 moderately salt-tolerant varieties,9 salt-sensitive varie-ties and 14 highly salt-sensitive varieties.The results of this study provided an effective method for the screening of a large number of salt-tolerant glutinous sorghum,which can greatly improve the working efficiency.
