摘 要:本试验以23个花生品种为试验对象,于2022年4—8月在江西省红壤及种质资源研究所温室大棚中开展人工模拟铝毒胁迫盆栽试验,选取株高、根长、根颈粗、分枝数、地上部干质量、根干质量、荚果数和荚果产量等8个指标对23个花生材料耐铝性进行评价,筛选出强耐铝性的花生品种。结果表明,在1.5 mmol/L铝浓度处理下,不同花生品种的生长存在显著差异(P<0.05),平均耐铝系数范围在0.499 5~0.957 8。以耐铝系数作为耐铝性鉴定的指标,筛选出平均耐铝系数0.9以上的强耐铝性花生品种3个,占供试材料的13.04%,分别为1407、1508和驻花3号。初步明确根干质量、荚果数和产量可作为评价筛选耐铝花生品种的有效指标,为耐铝花生品种的筛选鉴定提供了参考。In this experiment,23 peanut varieties were used as experimental objects,and a pot experiment of artificial simulated aluminum toxicity stress was carried out in the greenhouse of Jiangxi Institute of Red Soil and Germplasm Resources from April to August in 2021.And eight indexes including plant height,root length,root neck thickness,branch number,dry weight of ground part,dry weight of root,pod number and pod yield were selected for preliminary evaluation of aluminum tolerance of 23 peanut materials,to select peanut varieties with different aluminum tolerance.The results showed that under the treatment of 1.5 mmol/L aluminum concentration,there were significant(P0.05) differences in the growth of diffe-rent peanut varieties,and the average aluminum tolerance coefficient ranged from 0.499 5 to 0.957 8.Taking aluminum tolerance coefficient as the index of aluminum tolerance identification,three peanut varieties with an average aluminum to-lerance coefficient of 0.9 or above were selected,accounting for 13.04% of the test materials,namely 1407,1508,and Zhuhua3.Preliminary clarification of root dry matter weight,pod number,and yield can be used as effective indicators for eva-luating and screening aluminum tolerant peanut varieties,providing a reference for the screening and identification of aluminum tolerant peanut varieties.
