数字化时代地方科协如何做好科学普及?——基于2017—2022年北京“科协频道”项目数据的统计分析

摘　　要：数字化时代对公众的科学素质提出了更高的要求,而科学普及有助于达到这些要求,因而数字化时代促使地方科协的科普工作步入新台阶。在微观层面对科普需求和供给特征进行细致分析是做好科普工作的重要前提。论文以北京市科协为例,阐述数字化时代地方科协如何做好科普工作。根据对北京市科协“科协频道”项目视频和推文数据的统计分析,发现当前科普作品的效果明显受到公众偏好的影响,与居民健康、生活密切相关和社会热点及科技前沿相关的科普作品更容易被关注,此外,近些年,科普作品受到自媒体等媒介冲击,受经费限制,科普人才不足,数字科普与传统科普脱节。着眼于未来,地方科协应密切联系科技社团和高校,持续打造科普产品品牌,充分发挥图书馆和博物馆等公共科技文化场馆的作用,注重科学方法宣传,提高科普工作效率。There is an increasing demand for science and technology innovation by the era of digitalization.Correspondingly,demanding for public scientific literacy is also increasing.Science popularization can well meet the demand,thus pushing local Scientific and Technical Associations into a new phase in terms of science popularization.A detailed analysis for characteristic of demand and supply of science popularization from individual level is an important step for improving the work of science popularization.This article has tried to illustrate how the local scientific and technical association would promote science popularization in the era of digitalization,taking Beijing scientific and technical association as an example.Based on statistical analysis of video programs watching and Wechat browsing data of'Scientific and Technical Associations Channel'by Beijing Scientific and Technical Associations,the results showed that effect of science popularization of science popularization works apparently affected by public preference.Specifically,those science popularization works closely related with residents'health and daily living as well as social hot issues and scientific advance are more concerned,with a better popularization effect.Moreover,science popularization works are shocked by all kinds of media such as self-media.In recent years,science popularization works were restricted by limited found,shortage of professional talents of science popularization.Besides,digitalized science popularization has been detached from traditional science popularization.Thus,in order to build a better future,Scientific and Technical Associations should enhance the close relationship with scientific and technological organizations and colleges,along with building a long lasting brand in science popularization works as well as paying more attention to science methodology so as to fully promote science popularization.Besides,public scientific and cultural institutions such as libraries,science museums and cultural centers should be ful
