摘　　要：县域稳,则省域稳;县域强,则省域强。对于不论是县域经济总量还是县域人口和面积占据全省绝大比例的河南而言,实现县域经济高质量发展已经成为一项重大时代课题。整体而言,河南县域经济与国内其他县域经济发达地区相比,还存在一定差距。因此,在新时代对河南县域经济高质量发展进行研究,具有极为重要的理论和现实价值。If the counties are stable,then the province is stable;if the counties are strong,the province is also strong.In Henan province,the total county economy,as well as the population and area in all the counties,occupy the most proportion of the whole province,and it has become a major issue of the times to realize the high-quality development of the county economy.As a whole,there still exists a certain gap between Henan county economy and other developed counties in China.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical value to study the high-quality development of Henan county economy in the new era.
