摘 要:为探究不同形状、尺寸对水泥砂浆轴向性能的影响,向实际工程中砂浆芯样的强度检测提供换算系数参考标准,采用万能试验机对不同配合比、形状、尺寸的水泥砂浆试件进行单轴压缩试验,分析了各试件的抗压强度、弹性模量及泊松比随着形状及尺寸变化的分布规律,并参照混凝土相关标准,得出不同尺寸圆柱砂浆试样相对于标准立方体试样的强度换算系数。结果表明:在长径比为1的情况下,相同尺寸圆柱试样的强度明显小于立方体试样,相差约25%,而弹性模量和泊松比则差异较小;各强度等级的圆柱试样相对标准立方体试样,可采用统一的强度换算系数,50、70、100 mm圆柱尺寸对应的换算系数分别为1.18、1.23和1.33。In order to explore the influence of different geometry shapes and sizes on the axial performance of cement mortar,and to provide the reference standard of conversion coefficient for the strength detection of mortar core samples in practical engineering,the uniaxial compression tests of cement mortar with different mix ratios,shapes and sizes were carried out by universal testing machine.The distribution law of compressive strength,elastic modulus and Poisson's ratio of each specimen was analyzed.According to the relevant specifications in the field of concrete,the strength conversion coefficients of cylindrical mortar specimens with different sizes relative to standard cubic mortar specimens were given.The results show that when the length-diameter ratio is 1,the strength of cylindrical specimen is obviously smaller than that of cubic specimen,the difference is about 25%,while the elastic modulus and Poisson's ratio are similar.Combined with the experimental results of this study and the research conclusions of other scholars,it is found that the cylindrical specimens of each strength grade can adopt the same strength conversion coefficient relative to the standard cubic specimens,and the conversion coefficients corresponding to the sizes of 50,70 and 100 mm are 1.18,1.23 and 1.33 respectively.
