摘 要:酚醛树脂基活性炭球兼具球形活性炭及树脂基活性炭二者的优点,具有机械强度高、炭化收率高、吸附能力强、耐热性好、孔隙结构发达等特性。本文分别介绍了传统酚醛树脂基活性炭球和生物基酚醛树脂活性炭球的国内外研究进展及在吸附、超级电容器、催化剂载体等领域的应用现状,最后对酚醛树脂基活性炭球研究进行了展望。首先,应在降低成本和完善形貌等方面进一步探索;其次,以木质素、生物油等最大程度地代替苯酚制备生物基酚醛树脂活性炭球是今后研究的主要方向。Phenolic resin-based activated carbon balls have the advantages of both spherical activated carbon and resin-based activated carbon,with high mechanical strength,high carbonation yield,strong adsorption capacity,good heat resistance and well-developed pore structure.In this paper,the research progress of traditional and biological phenolic resin-based activated carbon balls at home and broad,as well as their application status in various fields such as adsorption,super capacitors,and catalyst carriers,are introduced.Finally,the prospects for phenolic resin-based activated carbon balls are presented.Firstly,further exploration in reducing costs and improving morphology should be performed.Secondly,the preparation of biological phenolic resin-based activated carbon balls using lignin,bio-oil,and other materials to maximize the substitution of phenol has been identified as the main research direction in the future.
