纸浆漂白中过氧化氢稳定剂的应用研究进展

摘　　要：简述了过氧化氢的基本性质和常用制备方法,以及纸浆中微量过渡金属离子对过氧化氢催化分解的影响过程,详细介绍了过氧化氢稳定剂在纸浆漂白中的作用机理,以及近年来国内过氧化氢稳定剂在纸浆漂白新技术中的研究现状。Na_(2)SiO_(3)是最常用传统过氧化氢稳定剂,但容易形成硅垢,腐蚀设备;非硅类过氧化氢稳定剂可以改善硅垢沉积等问题,与传统Na_(2)SiO_(3)稳定剂的作用相当;复配型过氧化氢稳定剂不仅能够减少硅垢的沉积,还可以实现其他多种特定功能。The properties,several preparation methods of hydrogen peroxide,and the influences of peroxide decomposition by the micro-transition metal ions were summarized.The mechanism of hydrogen peroxide stabilizer in pulp bleaching was introduced.The research progress of hydrogen peroxide stabilizer in pulp bleaching applications were discussed.Na_(2)SiO_(3)is a commonly used traditional hydrogen peroxide stabilizer,but it is easy to form silicon scale and corrode equipment,the deposition of silicon scale was improved by non-silicon hydrogen peroxide stabilizer,which is equivalent to the traditional Na_(2)SiO_(3)stabilizer,compound hydrogen peroxide stabilizer can not only reduce the deposition of silicon scale,but also achieve many other specific functions.
