摘 要:12 000 t抬浮力打捞工程船为一种集装卸和自航能力于一体的3岛式半潜船,沉浮试验与常规半潜船试验方法类似。文章通过压载舱透气管的特殊设计方案和优化压载舱压排载的顺序,尽量保证压载舱灌满或排空,减少自由液面,在主甲板全部入水、船舶初稳性高迅速减小的情况下,船舶保持正位,实现平稳顺利的下潜和上浮。The 12 000 t lifting salvage engineering ship is a 3-island semi-submersible ship with the ability of loading,unloading,and self-navigation.The submerging and floating test is similar to the conventional semisubmersible ship test.In this paper,the special scheme of the vent pipe of the ballast tank is designed,and the ballast of the ballast tank is optimized to make the ballast tank filled or drained as far as possible and reduce the free liquid level.Under the condition that the main deck is all in the water,and the initial stability of the ship is high and rapidly reduces,the ship remains in a positive position,and the smooth submerging and floating are realized.
