摘　　要：文章根据某船发电柴油机在运行时出现飞车的故障实例,通过分析调速器和燃油停车装置工作原理,找到故障产生的原因。调速器的转速超调是引起该故障的原因,而发电柴油机燃油停车装置故障造成了调速器转速超调。分别对调速器、燃油停车装置和控制空气系统电磁阀进行调整和修理,排除了故障。The article analyzes the propeller racing fault of a marine diesel engine generator during operation.According to analyze the working principle of the governor and the fuel shutdown device,and to find the fault cause.Speed overshoot of the governor leads to the fault,and the fuel shutdown device failure of the marine diesel engine generator leads to speed overshoot of the governor.It eliminates the failure by adjusting and repairing the governor,fuel shutdown device,and solenoid valve for the control air system.
