摘　　要：针对船舶特涂舱室铜矿砂喷砂除锈技术工艺在施工过程中存在的成本、效率、环保方面弊端,文章以钢砂除锈技术为研究对象,开发适用于船舶特涂舱室的全循环喷砂系统技术,研发一款具有成本、效率优势和环保性能的船舶特涂舱室全循环喷砂装备,实现降本增效的目标,满足公司修船绿色可持续发展的需要。Copper sandblasting for de-rusting technology for marine special coating cabins has drawbacks in terms of cost,efficiency,and environmental protection during the construction process.This article develops fullcycle sandblasting system technology suitable for marine special coating cabins by taking steel sandblasting for derusting technology as the research object and designs a piece of full-cycle sandblasting equipment for marine special coating cabins with low cost,high efficiency,and better environmental protection performance,which thus achieves the goal of reducing costs and increasing efficiency and meets the demand of company about ship repair's green and sustainable development.
