摘 要:文章针对某客滚船在试车过程中轴带发动机中间轴承出现的高温故障问题,初步判断该中间轴承高温故障是轴系振动引起。通过对中间轴承振动和轴系的回旋振动、扭转振动实测,进一步判断故障可能是轴系回旋振动共振引起,因此建立集总参数-分布参数的混合模型,计算轴系回旋振动的固有频率。结果表明,该船轴带发电机中间轴承高温故障是由于轴系回旋共振引起的,对轴系部件整改后,高温故障排除。In view of the high-temperature fault of the intermediate bearing of the shaft generator for a RO-RO passenger ship during the test run,this paper preliminarily judges that the fault is caused by shafting vibration.By measuring the intermediate bearing vibration and the shafting whirling and torsional vibrations,the paper considers that the fault may be caused by the resonance of the shafting whirling vibration.Finally,a hybrid model of lumped parameters and distributed parameters are established to calculate the natural frequency of shafting whirling vibration.The results show that the high-temperature fault of the intermediate bearing of the marine shaft generator is caused by the resonance of shafting whirling vibration,and the high-temperature fault disappears after the rectification of the shafting components.
