摘　　要：根据南海海洋石油单点系统海上安装实例,文章总结单锚系半潜式海洋通信平台安装施工经验,针对安装海域水文环境和新型海洋通信平台海上安装的难点和风险,提出并分析施工船舶和海上安装工艺方法,为选择适合的施工船舶和海上安装工艺提供参考。新型海洋通信平台海上安装过程可分为拖曳锚定位安装、下系泊链铺设、系泊链预拉试验、系泊链长度调整、平台拖航就位、系泊链连接6个阶段。According to the offshore installation example of a marine oil single point system in the South China Sea,this article summarizes the installation and construction experience of a single-anchored semi-submersible marine communication platform.It also proposes and analyzes the construction vessel and offshore installation process method regarding the marine hydrological environment and the difficulties and risks of offshore installation of a new marine communication platform.It provides a reference for selecting suitable construction vessels and offshore installation processes.The process of offshore installation of the new marine communication platform can divide into six stages:towing anchor positioning installation,lower mooring chain laying,mooring chain pre-stretching test,mooring chain length adjustment,platform towing in position,and mooring chain connection.
