摘　　要：以种胚突破种壳1~2 mm的‘维多利亚’葡萄种子为试材,探究育苗基质、温度以及菌肥等对其萌发成苗及生长发育的影响。结果表明,在3种供试基质中以自制基质(泥炭土、珍珠岩、蛭石、河沙比例分别为2∶1∶1∶1)效果最好,种子发芽率高达93.33%,死苗率仅为0.72%,苗高和茎粗分别为14.53 cm、1.35 mm;在4个温度条件下,以25℃种子出苗率最高,死苗率最低;出苗1个月后,施用不同浓度菌肥(五谷黄金液)处理,结果显示,以稀释300倍时效果最显著,幼苗根系发达、茎粗且茎长适中,成苗质量最佳。试验选出的葡萄萌芽种子成苗的技术方案,可应用于葡萄苗木的高效繁育生产。In this paper,'Victoria'grape seeds with 1-2 mm buds were used as materials to explore the effects of planting medium,temperature and bacterial fertilizers on becoming seedlings and their growth and development seedlings.The results showed that the self-made substrates(the ratio of peat soil,perlite,vermiculite and river sand was 2∶1∶1∶1,respectively)were the most effective among three substrates.The seed germination rate was the highest,up to 93.33%,and the dead seedling rate was only 0.72%,the height and diameter of seedlings were 14.53 cm,1.35 mm,respectively,and the rates of emergence and dead seedlings were the highest at 25℃among four temperature treatments.The results exhibited that the best effect was obtained at 300 times dilution,in which the root system was developed well,the stem was thick and long.The suitable technical scheme of grape sprouting seed seedling can be utilized in grape seed high-efficient emergence and seedling formation in seedling breeding industry.
