摘　　要：抗日战争和解放战争时期,山东根据地多种疫病流行,给人民群众身心健康造成严重危害。中共把保障群众生命安全和身体健康放在工作首位,建立了多层级卫生行政机构,组建巡回医疗队和宣传队,创建医疗救济联合会和医药合作社等群众医疗组织,集中根据地分散的医疗资源治病救人。同时在疫情信息上报、破除迷信思想、防疫知识、健康生活方式和科学卫生观念宣传等方面进行了有益探索,积极治病救人与移风易俗相结合的疫病防治举措,有效阻止了传染病的大规模流行,密切了党群关系,实现了广泛的社会动员,为山东根据地的发展壮大和革命胜利作出了重要贡献。During the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the War of Liberation,various epidemics in the Shandong Base Area caused serious harm to people’s physical and mental health.The Communist Party of China prioritizes the protection of people’s life safety and physical health in its work,established multi-level health administrative institutions,formed itinerant medical teams and propaganda teams,created mass medical organizations such as medical relief federations and medical cooperatives,and concentrated scattered medical resources in the base areas to treat diseases and save people.At the same time,beneficial explorations have been made in the fields of reporting epidemic information,breaking superstition,epidemic prevention knowledge,healthy lifestyles,and promoting scientific and health concepts.Actively combining disease prevention and control measures with changing customs had effectively prevented the large-scale spread of infectious diseases,strengthened party mass relations,achieved extensive social mobilization,and made important contributions to the development and growth of the Shandong Base Area and the victory of the revolution.
