摘 要:BMX小轮车泥地竞速场地跑道总长约300~400米,其中包含至少3个弯道,每个弯道至少宽5米,这只是小轮车场地建造的最低标准,当前主流的场地一般第一弯道宽为8米,其余弯道宽为6米,弯道长度占比很大。小轮车比赛一场大约持续40秒,骑手在弯道骑行花费的时间占比赛总时长的1/3还多。比赛中,弯道位置非常容易发生超车和被超车的情况,优秀的弯道技术对于小轮车骑手十分重要,不仅要在落后情况下找机会超车,也要在领先情况下防止后面对手超车,保持领先优势。本研究在入弯路线选择、超车、防止超车、出弯加速等方面具体分析BMX小轮车泥地竞速骑手应掌握的弯道技术,并提供了相应训练方法,为小轮车运动员和爱好者提供参考。The length of BMX Racing track measures along its centre line is 300~400 m,which shall have a minimum of 3 turns,and each of them shall be a minimum of 5 m wide throughout.This is just a minimum standard for the field of play within the sport of BMX Racing.Generally,the first turn of track is 8 m wide,and the others are 6 m wide.The race of BMX lasts about 40 seconds and the riders shall spend lots of time throughout the turns that account for over one third of the total time.Cornering skills is very important for riders,because they have to find opportunities to make passes while being in a backward situation and block other riders when being in the lead.This article analyzes the cornering skills including making and preventing passes,blocking,the skills to change lines,sprint out of turns and provides training methods.
