摘 要:为研究不同月龄光棘球海胆(Strongylocentrotus nudus)形态性状对体质量的影响,测量了100只6月龄和74只18月龄的光棘球海胆的壳径(SL)、壳高(SH)和体质量(TW),用相关分析、通径分析统计分析各性状间的相关性。结果表明,两个不同月龄光棘球海胆各性状间均呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),6月龄海胆SL与TW之间相关系数为0.965,18月龄海胆SL与TW之间相关系数为0.961,6月龄和18月龄海胆的SL对TW的直接作用分别为0.741和0.598均高于SH对TW的直接作用(分别为0.237和0.389)。随着月龄增加,SH对TW的直接作用呈上升趋势。SL、SH与TW的回归方程为:6月龄TW=-0.513+0.076SL+0.046SH;18月龄TW=-15.885+0.614SL+0.589SH。本研究结果可为光棘球海胆的选择育种提供参考。Shell diameter(SL),shell height(SH)and body weight(TW)were measured in 100 samples of 6-month-old and 74 samples of 18-month-old sea urchin Strongylocentrotus nudus and the correlation between the various traits was statistically analyzed by correlation analysis and path analysis to evaluate the influence of morphological traits of sea urchin at different ages on body weight.Results showed that there was significant Pearson correlation between the morphological traits and body weight(P<0.01),with the maximal correlation coefficient between shell diameter and body weight in 6-month-old sea urchin(0.965)and 18-month-old sea urchin(0.961).There was higher direct effect of shell diameter on body weight(0.741 and 0.598)than that of shell height on body weight(0.237 and 0.389)in 6-month-old and 18-month-old sea urchin,with increase in direct effect of shell height on body weight with the growth of sea urchin.The optimal regression equation describing the relationship between morphological characters and body weight was expressed as TW=-0.513+0.076TD+0.046TH(6-month-old)and TW=-15.885+0.614TD+0.589TH(18-month-old).The findings provide reference with selective breeding of sea urchin.
