摘  要:2019年11月,本文系统观察孵出1~35日龄(dph,day post hatching)花鲈(Lateolabrax maculatus)仔稚鱼眼、卵黄囊和肌肉等与摄食行为密切相关的视觉、消化、运动器官的组织发育,测量不同日龄花鲈仔稚鱼背鳍起点横切右侧肌肉面积。结果显示:1 dph仔鱼晶状体体积较小,视网膜结构不完整,油球饱满,卵黄囊充盈,背鳍起点横切右侧肌肉面积为(8448.56±342.13)μm^(2);此时期花鲈以卵黄囊为营养,视觉、运动能力开始发育。3 dph仔鱼眼球体积继续增大,眼球前后径增长速度快于左右径,卵黄囊及油球体积缩小,在卵黄囊后端可见少数肝脏细胞;此时期花鲈消化功能开始发育。5 dph仔鱼眼球发育基本完成,6 dph仔鱼的卵黄囊中卵黄质仅有零星分布,油球体积明显减少;此时期仔鱼视觉、消化能力已基本形成,处于混合营养阶段。35 dph仔稚鱼背鳍起点横切右侧肌肉面积为(392338.74±32138.61)μm^(2),肌肉总面积随发育天数呈上升趋势,前35 d中增长速率在不断加快,运动能力不断增强。The histological development of eyes,yolk sacs and muscles closely related to the visual,digestive and motor organs of feeding behavior were systematically observed in spotted sea bass(Lateolabrax maculatus)larvae and juveniles of 1~35 days old(dph,day post hatching)in November 2019.The cross section area of the right muscle at the starting point of the dorsal fin of the larvae was measured.The results showed that 1 dph larvae had small lens,incomplete retinal structure,full globules,full yolk sac,and the muscle area of(8448.56±342.13)μm^(2)in the right side of the dorsal fin transverse;during this period,the yolk sac was nourishment for the spotted sea bass,with initial development of visual and movement.The eyeball volume was shown to continue to be increased in 3 dph larvae,with more rapid increase in anterior and posterior diameter of the eyeball than that in the left and right diameters.The yolk sac and oil bulb were reduced in volume,and a few liver cells were observed at the back of the yolk sac.During this period,the spotted sea bass began to develop the digestive function.The 5 dph larvae had a basically complete eyeball,and the 6 dph larvae had only sporadic distribution of the yolk sac,and significant in decrease in the volume of the oil globules.At this stage,the vision and digestion ability were basically formed in the larvae which were in the mixed nutrition stage.There was muscle area of(392338.74±32138.61)μm^(2)on the right side of dorsal fin cross section in the 35 dph larvae.The total muscle area was increased with the number of days of development.In the first 35 days,the growth rate was accelerated and the swimming ability continued to be improved.
