摘　　要：本文对国医大师张震教授治疗过敏性疾病经验进行总结。张老认为,风邪为过敏性疾病的主要致病因素,常以外风为先导,引动内风及伏风;脾与过敏性疾病的发生发展关系密切,脾健则湿无所生、统血司职、肺气实、腠理固。诊疗中将辨病与辨证结合,互参互鉴。治疗以祛风散邪为基础,兼以健脾。发挥治疗药物对病、对证、对症的“三对应”关系,提高治疗针对性。根据不同疾病的病机特点,设立主病主方。通过病证结合-主病主方的治疗模式,可有效缓解症状、减少复发。This article summarized the experience of national TCM master Professor Zhang Zhen in treating allergic diseases.According to Professor Zhang,the wind pathogen is the main pathogenic factor of allergic diseases,which is often guided by external wind and induces internal wind and latent wind.The spleen has a close relationship with the occurrence and development of allergic diseases.If the spleen function is normal,there is no birth of dampness,the blood circulation is normal,lung-qi is strong,and the striated layer is secure.Disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation should be combined in diagnosis and treatment to provide reference for each other.The treatment is based on dispelling wind and pathogenic factors,and also on strengthening spleen.The“three correspondences”of the treatment drugs to the disease,syndrome and symptom should be given full play to,and the pertinence of the treatment should be improved.According to the characteristics of the pathogenesis of different diseases,main disease and main prescriptions are set up.Symptoms can be effectively relieved and recurrence can be reduced through the combination of disease and syndrome-main disease and main prescriptions treatment mode.
