摘  要:本研究以福建省洋口林场结实量少、结实量中等和结实量多的3个杉木无性系为研究对象,通过观测种子表型性状、发芽特性、优良度性状及产量相关性状等12个品质指标,采用相关分析、逐步回归分析和通径分析,探寻影响杉木种子发芽率的主要因素。结果表明,发芽率与种实大部分性状呈显著(p<0.05)或者极显著(p<0.01)相关;方位、种子长、种子宽、种形指数和优良度是影响杉木种子发芽率的主要因子;优良度是影响杉木种子发芽率的主要决定因子,而种子长是主要限定因子。因此,提高优良度并且限制种子长是提高杉木种子品质的最佳途径。In this study,three Cunninghamia lanceolata clones with low,medium and high cone yield in Yangkou Forest Farm of Fujian Province were used as research object.By observing 12 quality traits such as seed phenotypic status,seed germination characteristics,seed excellence traits and yield correlation,correlation analysis,stepwise regression analysis and path analysis were used to find out the main factors affecting the seed germination rate of Cunninghamia lanceolata seeds.The results showed that:there was a significant(p<0.05)or very significant(p<0.01)correlation between germination rate and most of the characters of seeds.Aspect,seed length,seed width,seed shape index and excellent degree were the main factors affecting the seed germination rate of Cunninghamia lanceolata seeds.Excellence degree was the main determining factor affecting the seed germination rate of Cunninghamia lanceolata seeds,while seed length was the main limiting factor.Therefore,improving the excellent degree and limiting the seed length were the best ways to improve the quality of Cunninghamia lanceolata seeds.
