白前种子质量分级标准及特性研究

摘　　要：对不同生长年限的白前种子生活力与发芽生物学特性进行观察,并在此基础上对不同产地白前种子净度、千粒重、含水率、生活力和发芽率等指标进行测定和外观形态的考察,对检测结果进行聚类分析整理,初步制定白前种子的质量分级标准。结果表明,不同产地的白前种子形态存在明显差异,以种子宽度、厚度、千粒重、生活力、发芽率、净度作为指标,初步将白前种子质量分为3个等级。Ⅰ级:种子厚度≥0.90 mm,宽度≥2.60 mm,千粒重≥19.00 g,强生活力≥95%,发芽率≥80%,净度≥95%;Ⅱ级:种子厚度≥0.80 mm,宽度≥2.50 mm,千粒重≥15.00 g,强生活力≥90%,发芽率≥75%,净度≥90%;Ⅲ级:种子厚度≥0.70 mm,宽度≥2.3 mm,千粒重≥13.00 g,强生活力≥85%,发芽率≥70%,净度≥85%。此外,白前种子成熟度和存放方式对种子质量影响较大,生产上宜选用完全成熟、饱满、干燥的种子。Based on the observation of the viability and germination biological characteristics of the Cynanchum stauntonii seeds of different growing years,the clarity,1000-grain weight,water content,viability and germination rate of the Cynanchum stauntonii seeds of different producing areas were measured and their appearance and morphology were investigated,and the test results were analyzed and sorted out to determine the quality of the Cynanchum stauntonii seeds quantity grading standard.The results showed that there were significant differences in the morphology of the seeds of C.stauntonii from different origins.seed width,seed thickness,thousand-grain weight,strong viability,germination rate,and clarity were used as indicators to initially classify the quality of white front seeds into three grades,GradeⅠ:seed thickness≥0.90 mm,width≥2.60 mm,thousand grain weight≥19.00 g,strong viability≥95%,germination rate≥80%,and clarity≥95%;GradeⅡseed thickness≥0.80 mm,width≥2.50 mm,thousand-grain weight≥15.00 g,strong vitality≥90%,germination rate≥75%,clarity≥90%;GradeⅢ:seed thickness≥0.70 mm,width≥2.3 mm,thousand-grain weight≥13.00 g,strong vitality≥85%,germination rate≥70%,clarity≥85%.In addition,the maturity and the storage time of seeds of C.stauntonii had a greater impact on the quality of seeds,and so it was recommended to select mature,full and dry seeds for production.
