摘  要:为有效去除化学镀镍废水中存在的络合态金属铜和镍,分析了两种金属对反硝化生化微生物的抑制作用,并研究化学沉淀-树脂协同处理法、预磁化Fe^(0)-H_(2)O_(2)类Fenton-树脂协同处理法同步去除Cu、Ni的效果。结果表明:Cu、Ni对NO_(3)^(-)-N反硝化活性的半抑制质量浓度(EC_(50))分别为7.45、48.3 mg/L,且抑制作用随着金属浓度的升高而升高;两种处理方法对镀镍废水中高浓度Cu、Ni的去除均有一定的效果,但预磁化Fe^(0)-H_(2)O_(2)类Fenton-树脂协同处理法的金属去除率更高,Cu、Ni去除率分别达到100%、99.9%,基本实现金属的完全去除,对反硝化生化处理不具备抑制作用。研究表明,采用磁化Fe^(0)-H_(2)O_(2)类Fenton-树脂协同处理化学镀镍废水更加经济、环保,为生化法处理废水中的COD、NO_(3)^(-)-N、TP等提供了安全有效的预处理措施。In order to effectively remove the complex metals copper and nickel in electroless nickel plating wastewater,the inhibitory effects of the two metals on denitrifying biochemical microorganisms were analyzed.And the effects of simultaneous removal of Cu and Ni were studied by chemical precipitation with resin synergistic treatment and pre magnetized Fe^(0)-H_(2)O_(2) Fenton with resin synergistic treatment.The results showed that the semi inhibitory concentrations(EC_(50))of Cu and Ni on NO_(3)^(-)-N denitrification activity were 7.45 mg/L and 48.3 mg/L respectively,and the inhibitory effect increased with the increase of metal concentration;The two treatment methods had certain effects on the removal of high concentration Cu and Ni in nickel plating wastewater,but Cu,Ni removal rate of the pre magnetized Fe^(0)-H_(2)O_(2) Fenton with resin synergistic treatment method was higher,reaching 100%and 99.9% respectively,basically realizing the complete removal of metal,and had no inhibitory effect on denitrifying biochemical treatment.The research showed that the synergistic treatment of electroless nickel plating wastewater by magnetized Fe^(0)-H_(2)O_(2) Fenton with resin is more economical and environmental friend.It is a safe and effective pretreatment measure for the biochemical treatment of COD,NO_(3)^(-)-N,TP,etc.in wastewater.
