摘  要:为促进可再生能源高效利用,推动我国“双碳”计划进程,提出一种风-光-综合能源系统协同运行模型。首先,对风电场主体、光伏主体和综合能源系统主体运行模型进行建模。其次,建立基于纳什谈判理论的风光综合能源系统协同运行模型,并将其等效为联盟效益最大化子问题和电能交易支付子问题。利用交替方向乘子法对联盟效益最大化问题和电能交易支付问题进行求解,并利用价值贡献度对不同主体对联盟的贡献进行量化。最后,通过算例分析表明,所提算法策略可有效求解风-光-综合能源系统各能源主体间的电能交易和电能价格,经过各主体的合作运行,有效改善了各主体的运行收益,并对各个主体的合作收益进行公平分配。In order to promote the efficient use of renewable energy and promote the process of China's"carbon peak and carbon neutrality"plan,the coordinated operation model of wind-solar-integrated energy system is proposed.Firstly,the operation models of wind farm main body,photovoltaic main body and integrated energy system main body are modeled.Then,the coordinated operation model of wind-solar integrated energy system based on Nash negotiation theory is established,and it is equivalent to the sub-problem of alliance benefit maximization and that of electric energy transaction payment.The alternating direction multiplier method is used to solve the alliance benefit maximization problem and the electric energy transaction payment problem,and the value contribution degree is used to quantify the contribution of different subjects to the alliance.The example shows that the algorithm strategy proposed in this paper can effectively solve the power transaction and power price among the energy subjects of wind-solar-integrated energy system.Through the cooperative operation of each subject,the operation income of each subject is effectively improved,and the cooperative income of each subject is distributed fairly.
