摘　　要：亨德拉病(Hendra disease)是由亨德拉病毒(Hendra virus,HeV)引起的一种高致死性的人兽共患病,主要感染草食家畜马匹以及与马匹密切接触的人。随着近年来输入性疾病的风险越来越大,各类新发病也逐年上升,人们对外来病的防控意识亟待加强。为明确该病发生的关键因素和防控本病的关键环节,文章从病原学特点、流行病学、易感动物、临床诊断等方面介绍了亨德拉病,阐述了该病的公共卫生影响,为亨德拉病的流行病学研究与临床诊断的深入研究提供了科学依据。Hendra disease is a highly lethal viral disease caused by the Hendra virus(HeV),mainly affecting horses,as well as people in close contact with horses.With the increasing risk of imported diseases in recent years and the increasing incidence of various new diseases,people's awareness of prevention and control of foreign diseases urgently needs to be strengthened.In order to clarify the key factors that contribute to the occurrence of Hendra disease and the key links in its prevention and control,this article introduced Hendra disease from the perspectives of pathogenic characteristics,epidemiology,susceptible animals,and clinical diagnosis.It elaborated on the public health impact of the disease,and provided a scientific basis for in-depth epidemiological research and clinical diagnosis of Hendra disease.
