舔砖在牛羊生产应用中的研究进展

摘　　要：舔砖是一种动物可以自由舔食的块状饲料添加剂,可弥补动物基础饲料中矿物质、粗蛋白、可溶性糖、微量元素等营养物质的不足,目前已广泛应用于牛羊生产中。文章综述了牛、羊养殖中常用的舔砖类型,补饲舔砖对牛羊生长性能、繁殖性能、屠宰性能、免疫功能及产奶量的影响,以期为在牛羊养殖业中更好地开发利用舔砖提供理论参考。Lick brick is a kind of block feed additive that animals can freely lick,which can compensate for the deficiency of nutrients such as minerals,crude protein,soluble sugar,and trace elements in animal basic feed.At present,lick bricks have been widely used in the production of cattle and sheep.This paper summarized the common application of lick bricks in the production of cattle and sheep,the effects of supplementation of lick bricks on the growth,reproduction,slaughter performance,immune function and milk production of cattle and sheep,in order to provide theoretical and practical reference for the better application of lick bricks in the cattle and sheep industry.
