摘　　要：民用直升机单发失效起飞和着陆试飞包含确定单发失效训练模式的有效性,确定起飞安全速度,确定极限高度-速度包线,确定起飞决断点和着陆决断点等试飞技术。文章介绍了单发失效起飞和着陆相关的试飞方法和技术及AC313直升机单发失效的起飞和着陆试飞情况,可为后续民用直升机开展相关适航验证试飞提供参考和借鉴。The takeoff and landing flight test of the civil helicopter with one engine inoperative includes determining the one engine inoperative training mode,determining the takeoff safety speed,limiting height-speed envelope,takeoff decision point and landing decision point flight test.This paper introduced the flight test methods and technologies related to takeoff and landing flight test with one engine inoperative and the flight test of the AC313 helicopter.It could provide reference for subsequent civil helicopters to carry out relevant airworthiness verification flight test.
