摘 要:本文使用三正辛胺-乙酸乙酯溶液(5%)在酸性条件下分离提取肉制品中的诱惑红,再利用甲醇-水-氨水(400+550+50)反向萃取后直接进行高效液相色谱二极管阵列检测器检测,考察了样品水解温度和时间、有机萃取剂的选择、反萃相组成对分离提取的影响。结果表明,以三正辛胺-乙酸乙酯溶液(5%)为萃取剂,甲醇-水-氨水(400+550+50)为反向萃取剂时,诱惑红回收率为95%~99%。该方法提取效率高、过程快速简单,适用于肉制品中诱惑红的分离检测。Tri-n-octylamine-ethyl acetate solution(5%)was used to separate and extract allure red in meat products under acidic conditions,and then methanol-water-ammonia solution(400+550+50)was used for reverse extraction and then directly detected by high performance liquid chromatography diode array detector.The effects of sample hydrolysis temperature and time,the selection of organic extractant and the composition of stripping phase on the separation and extraction were investigated.The results showed that the recovery rate of allure red was 95%~99%when trin-octylamine-ethyl acetate solution(5%)was used as the extractant and methanol-water-ammonia water(400+550+50)as the reverse extractant.This method has high extraction efficiency,fast and simple process,and is applicable to the separation and detection of allure red in meat products.
