基于CiteSpace的甘草研究进展知识图谱可视化分析

摘　　要：目的对甘草研究现状及热点进行可视化分析,为甘草研究与应用提供参考。方法检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)1992年1月1日-2022年4月19日甘草相关研究文献,采用CiteSpace5.8.R3软件,对作者、发文机构、关键词进行可视化分析。结果共纳入文献1244篇。结果显示,发文在10篇以上的作者有26位,核心作者有王文全、刘春生、段金廒、钟赣生等,其中王文全教授与其他作者合作密切。纳入文献共涉及研究机构463家,发文量最高者为北京中医药大学中药学院。相关研究者和研究机构的南北跨区域合作不密切,科研机构与临床医疗机构的合作有待加强。频次排名前10位高频关键词为甘草、甘草酸、甘草苷、黄酮、配伍、药理作用、含量测定、化学成分、抑菌活性、响应面法,关键词聚类分析得到有效聚类15个,关键词突现分析得到突现词25个。结论近年来,甘草相关研究在不断深入与推进,研究热点与前沿集中在配伍作用、抗氧化、十八反、产量等方面,其中甘草与其他中药的配伍用药研究,以及新的药理作用研究可能是今后热门研究方向。Objective To conduct visualization analysis on the current situation and hotspots of Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma research;To provide some reference for the research and application of Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma.Methods The relevant research literature of Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma from January 1,1992 to April 19,2022 in CNKI was retrieved,and CiteSpace 5.8.R3 software was used to visually analyze the authors,publishing published more than 10 articles,and the core authors were Wang Wenquan,Liu Chunsheng,Duan Jin’ao,Zhong Gansheng and so on.Among them,Professor Wang Wenquan cooperated closely with other authors.A total of 463 research institutions were included in the literature,and the highest number of articles was from the School of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine.The north-south cross-regional cooperation between relevant researchers and research institutions was not close,and the cooperation between scientific research institutions and clinical medical institutions needed to be strengthened.Top 10 keywords with high frequency were Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,glycyrrhizic acid,glycyrrhizin,flavonoids,compatibility,pharmacological action,content determination,chemical composition,antimicrobial activity,response surface methodology.There were 15 valid clusters by keyword clustering analysis,and keyword emergence analysis resulted in 25 emergence words.Conclusion In recent years,the research on Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma is deepening and advancing,and the research hotspots and frontiers are concentrated in the aspects of compatibility effect,antioxidation,eighteen antagonisms and yield.Among them,the research on the compatibility of Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma with other Chinese materia medica and new pharmacological effects may be the hot research direction in the future.
