基于CiteSpcace的艾叶中医药相关研究文献可视化分析

摘　　要：目的分析近22年艾叶中医药研究领域的文献,归纳、挖掘研究热点及发展趋势,为艾叶后续研究提供参考。方法收集中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、中国学术期刊数据库(Wanfang)、中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、Web of Science(WOS)核心合集2001年1月1日-2022年4月23日与艾叶相关的中医药研究文献,利用CiteSpace6.1对作者、机构、关键词等进行可视化分析,构建艾叶相关研究的知识图谱。结果最终纳入中文文献2116篇,英文文献468篇。作者分析显示,洪宗国和Baek Namin分别为中、英文文献发文量最多的作者;机构分析显示,北京中医药大学和韩国庆熙大学分别为国内外发文量最多的研究机构;关键词分析表明中文文献更侧重于艾叶作为中药的传统应用及其临床疗效的评价,英文文献则偏向艾叶成分或提取物的药理活性评价。结论结合文献事实和预测分析,继续探寻艾叶药材品质形成规律,艾叶中各类成分药理作用机制等将成为今后的研究方向。Objective To analyze the literature about Artemisiae Argyi Folium in the TCM field;To summarize and mine the research hotspots and development trend;To provide references for follow-up research of Artemisiae Argyi Folium.Methods The research TCM literature related to Artemisiae Argyi Folium was retrieved from the CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,and WOS from January 1,2001 to April 23,2022.CiteSpace 6.1 was used to visualize and analyze authors,institutions,keywords,etc.,and a knowledge graph of Artemisiae Argyi Folium related research was constructed.Results Totally 2116 Chinese articles and 468 English articles were included.Author analysis showed that Hong Zongguo and Baek Namin were the authors with the largest number of publications in Chinese and English,and institutional analysis showed that the Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and Kyung Hee University were the research institutions with the largest number of publications at home and abroad;the keyword analysis showed that the Chinese articles focused more on the traditional application of Artemisiae Argyi Folium as a kind of Chinese materia medica and the evaluation of its clinical efficacy,while the English articles focused on the extensive pharmacological activity evaluation of the components or extracts of Artemisiae Argyi Folium.Conclusion Combined with literature facts and prediction analysis,continuing to explore the quality formation laws of Artemisiae Argyi Folium and the pharmacological mechanisms of various components in Artemisiae Argyi Folium will become future research directions.
