基于岭南罗氏妇科学术思想及《内经》“水精四布”理论论治痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征

摘　　要：基于岭南罗氏妇科脾胃学术思想及《内经》“水精四布”理论论治痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征,认为本病多本虚标实,其发生与脾胃失调、机体津液代谢障碍密切相关。临证强调从本论治,治以“温药”健运脾胃为主,辅以补肾振脾治本,以杜绝生痰之本源;还可从“肺肝”及“三焦”入手,协助恢复脾胃气机之枢纽,从而调节体内水液代谢,畅通祛痰之路。另外,还应注重月经不同周期的“温药”运用,以重建月经周期、促进孕育,并灵活运用岭南道地药材,重视用药平和。Based on Lingnan Luo’s academic thought of spleen and stomach in gynecology and the theory of“Shui Jing Si Bu”in Huang Di Nei Jing,the treatment of phlegm-dampness polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)was discussed.It was believed that phlegm-dampness type PCOS was mostly deficiency in nature and excess in superficiality,and its occurrence was closely related to spleen and stomach disorder and body fluid metabolism disorder.In clinical practice,it is emphasized to treat from the root,with“warming medicine”as the main treatment for promoting spleen and stomach health,supplemented by tonifying the kidney and invigorating the spleen to eliminate the root and source of phlegm production;it was also suggested that starting with“lung and liver”and“triple energizer”to help restore the hinge of qi activity of spleen and stomach,so as to regulate the metabolism of water in the body,smooth the way of eliminating phlegm.In addition,it emphasized the application of“warm medicine”in different menstrual cycles to rebuild menstrual cycle,promote pregnancy,make good use of authentic medicinal materials in Lingnan area,attach importance to gentle medication.
