摘　　要：邵朝弟教授认为,慢性肾脏病以虚证为主,尤以阴虚常见;发病与脾胃气机升降失调及气血失和、久病入络密切相关。邵教授临证擅长运用养阴法、调理脾胃法、活血化瘀法治疗慢性肾脏病,多取得较好疗效。Professor Shao Zhaodi believes that chronic kidney disease is mainly characterized by deficiency syndrome,with yin deficiency being common;the onset of the disease is closely related to the imbalance of spleen and stomach qi movement,as well as the disharmony of qi and blood,as well as the prolonged illness entering the meridians.Professor Shao is skilled in using the methods of nourishing yin,regulating spleen and stomach,and promoting blood circulation and resolving stasis to treat chronic kidney disease,often achieving excellent efficacy.
