摘　　要：汪龙德主任医师对中医药治疗功能性消化不良(FD)颇具心得,认为FD的发病在胃,涉及心、肝、脾,脾胃虚弱是FD的发病基础,肝失疏泄是发病条件,肝脾失调是发病的重要环节。因此,运用中药防治FD应从胃、心、肝、脾着手,可改善临床症状,取得较好疗效。Chief physician Wang Longde has a lot of experience in the treatment of functional dyspepsia(FD)with TCM.He believes that the onset of FD is in the stomach,involving the heart,liver and spleen,and the deficiency of spleen and stomach is the basis of FD,failure of liver qi to soothe is the condition of FD,and liver and spleen disorder is an important link in the pathogenesis of FD.Therefore,the treatment and prevention of FD should start from the stomach,heart,liver and spleen.The prevention and treatment of FD with TCM can improve the clinical symptoms,with increasingly prominent efficacy.
