摘　　要：李树成主任认为,强直性脊柱炎病性属本虚标实,病机以肝肾亏虚为本、风寒湿邪侵袭为标。本病可归纳为三阶两期,有邪瘀脉络,邪阻脉络与肝肾亏虚并重,以及肝肾气血阴阳俱虚3个发展阶段,每个阶段可分为活动期或稳定期。以蜂针联合电温针施治,根据不同阶段针对性选穴,可充分发挥蜂针疗法与电温针疗法的综合作用,有效缓解疼痛,对于控制病情、防止关节病变有显著疗效。Director Li Shucheng believes that the property of ankylosing spondylitis is the deficiency in nature and excess in superficiality,that the pathogenesis is deficiency in liver and kidney as the root and the attack of wind,cold dampness as the symptoms.The syndrome differentiation of ankylosing spondylitis can be divided into three stages and two phases,including three stages of development,namely,the pathogenic stasis of collaterals,pathogenic stagnation of collaterals and deficiency of liver and kidney,and the deficiency of the liver and kidney,qi,blood,yin and yang.Each stage has an active stage or a stable stage.Bee acupuncture combined with electric warm acupuncture is used to treat ankylosing spondylitis,and corresponding acupoints are selected according to different stages,giving full play to the comprehensive effect of bee acupuncture therapy and electric warm acupuncture therapy,which can effectively relieve pain,and has significant effect on controlling disease and preventing joint disease.
