摘 要:利用等体积浸渍法制备了CuO-CeO_(2)/TiO_(2)催化剂,用于低温CO氧化反应。考察了焙烧温度、Cu-Ce负载量和Ce/Cu摩尔比等对CuO-CeO_(2)/TiO_(2)催化性能的影响,利用XRD、N_(2)等温吸附-脱附、XPS、H_(2)-TPR等方法对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明,当nCe/nCu为1.6,Cu-Ce负载量为30%时,经500℃焙烧所制得催化剂具有最佳催化活性;当空速为24000mL/(g·h),在该催化剂上90℃时CO可完全氧化。表征发现,CuO-CeO_(2)/TiO_(2)催化剂表面较高的Ce^(3+)、Cu^(+)和吸附氧含量有利于催化CO氧化反应。制备条件通过影响催化剂表面的Ce^(3+)、Cu^(+)和吸附氧含量,影响催化剂活性。其中,焙烧温度、Cu-Ce负载量和nCe/nCu均会影响CuO-CeO_(2)/TiO_(2)表面Cu^(+)和吸附氧含量,而催化剂表面Ce^(3+)含量仅受Cu-Ce负载量的影响较大。CuO-CeO_(2)/TiO_(2)catalyst was prepared by incipient impregnation method and then used for CO oxidation at low temperature.The effects of calcination temperature,Cu-Ce loading and Ce/Cu molar ratio on the catalytic performance of CuO-CeO_(2)/TiO_(2)were investigated.The catalyst was characterized by XRD,N2 isothermal adsorption-desorption,XPS and H_(2)-TPR.When nCe/nCu was 1.6,and Cu-Ce loading was 30%,the catalyst calcined at 500℃showed the best catalytic activity.When GHSV was 24000mL/(g·h),CO can be completely oxidized on the catalyst at 90℃.It was found that the high content of Ce^(3+),Cu^(+)and adsorbed oxygen on the surface of CuO-CeO_(2)/TiO_(2)catalyst was favorable to catalyze CO oxidation.The preparation conditions could affect the catalyst activity by regulating the content of Ce^(3+),Cu^(+)and adsorbed oxygen on the catalyst surface.Among them,calcination temperature,Cu-Ce loading and nCe/nCu would influence the contents of Cu^(+)and adsorbed oxygen on CuO-CeO_(2)/TiO_(2)surface,while Cu-Ce loading has greatly impact on the Ce^(3+)content on catalyst surface.
