温度敏感型液体栓塞剂经支气管动脉栓塞治疗咯血的短期疗效及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的评价温度敏感型液体栓塞剂治疗咯血的安全性及疗效。方法选取我科采用温度敏感型液体栓塞剂治疗22例咯血患者的临床资料及随访结果,患者平均随访时间为(4.27±2.16)月。结果所有患者均成功实施支气管动脉栓塞,术后3日临床治愈+显效率为90.91%,有效率为100%。随访期1例患者因责任血管漏栓致咯血复发,再次栓塞后咯血显著缓解。所有患者随访至今未发现严重不良事件。结论温度敏感型液体栓塞剂经支气管动脉栓塞治疗咯血安全可行,初步临床疗效较满意,具有较大的临床应用潜力。Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of thermosensitive liquid embolic agent in the treatment of hemoptysis.Methods The clinical data and follow-up results of 22 patients with hemoptysis admitted to Fuzhou First Hospital were retrospectively analyzed with a mean followe-up time of(4.27±2.16)months.Results Bronchial artery embolization was successfully performed in all patients.Theclinical cure+apparent effiectiverate was 90.91%,and the effiective rate was 100%72 hourspostthetreatment.Recurrence occurred in one patient due to the missed responsible vessel and the patient had 90%relief after the re-embolisation.No serious adverse events had been identified.Conclusion Thermosensitive liquid embolic agent is a kind of effective and safe materrial in the treatment of hemoptysis via bronchial artery embolization,which has good potential for clinical application.
