摘  要:目前许多开发的油田地层压力呈现出高于原始地层压力的趋势,急需一种保护油气层的高密度压井液。以自主合成的盐促溶剂YH-KC和稳定剂YH-KS为主剂,以有机盐或无机盐为加重剂,合成了一种高密度、成本较低的压井液。通过调整有机盐或无机盐的比例,高密度清洁盐水压井液密度可达1.60g/cm^(3)以上。现场使用结果表明,高密度清洁盐水压井液可应用在不同性质的储层、不同井型的井,施工后日产量和日产油效果得到了明显的提高,施工效果显著。At present,the formation pressure of many developed oilfields is higher than the original formation pressure.There was an urgent need for a high-density killing fluid to protect oil and gas reservoirs.A high-density and low-cost killing fluid was synthesized with self-synthesized salt-promoting solvent YH-KC and stabilizer YH-KS as main agents and organic salts or inorganic salts as weighting agents.By adjusting the proportion of organic salt or inorganic salt,the density of high-density clean brine killing fluid can reach above 1.60 g/cm^(3).The field application results showed that the high-density clean brine killing fluid can be used in different reservoirs and wells with different well types,and the daily output and daily oil production effect have been obviously improved after construction,and the construction effect was remarkable.
