摘　　要：渤海部分油田原油具有胶质、沥青质和蜡质含量高,且凝固点低的特点,现场取出的生产管柱表面吸附着大量油污,有的甚至以膏状黏附在管柱外壁。现有的清洗工艺存在清洗效率低且成本高的缺点,无法满足海上作业安全环保要求,极大地影响了现场作业效率。通过对现有清洗工艺的优缺点对比,开发出一种适用于普通稠油井管柱清洗的油污清洗剂,其水质配伍性强、界面活性高,且乳化性能适中,对油砂和金属表面的油污清洗率大于90%,对油气水处理流程无影响,可满足海上修井作业高效清洗和环保的要求。The crude oil from some oilfields in Bohai was characterized by high content of colloid,asphaltene and wax,and low freezing point.The surface of the production string adsorbe a large amount of oil stain,and even adhered to the outer wall of the string in the form of paste.The existing cleaning measure has the disadvantages of low cleaning efficiency and high cost,which cannot meet the requirements of safety and environmental protection for offshore operations,and also affects the efficiency of on-site operations greatly.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the existing cleaning processes,this paper developed an oil stain cleaning agent suitable for the cleaning of ordinary heavy oil well strings.Its has great water quality compatibility and high interfacial activity,and the emulsification performance was moderate.The oil stain cleaning rate on the oil sand and metal surface was more than 90%,and it has no impact on the oil,gas and water treatment process.It met the requirements of efficient cleaning and environmental protection for offshore workover operations.
